7. How mature is your existing L&D Process?
CLO (knocking his CEO’s cabin) : May I come in? CEO : Yes, please…As discussed last time, I have given you my business heads to be part of our COP (Corporate OutLearning Practice)! But what are the next steps? CLO : Well, the first step is to find out where we are currently. Let's do the baseline assessment of how our existing L&D Process. It will help us set the ball rolling and find out what we can leverage and what we can stop doing to lift it to L&D 2.0 which is COP! CEO : Fair enough, let's do it. What do you need from my side for the same? CLO : Only 15 minutes. These are 8 questions that we need to assess ourselves on and that's it. We will get a baseline of where we are.
