CLO with CXOs (knocking CEO’s cabin) : May we come in? CEO : Of course. Thanks Leaders for taking time out for this workshop. Mr. CLO, All yours. CLO : Yes, Many thanks to all seniors for joining in. Our goal here is to identify the direction on how we are going to use Learning for real business outcomes. Earlier with you, we completed the maturity assessment of our existing L&D. It guided us to very critical gaps we need to work on. Its good that now we can talk with data. CEO : Yes, true. Data is life. No life is perfect and so is data. Whatever data we have, we will use it properly. So what is next? CLO : Yea, the next thing is to decide the direction. If the direction is right, we will surely get there. No matter how much time it takes.
We will work on it in EIGHT parts.
Today we will Focus on Future.

CEO : Yes, this is going to be a very critical exercise for our business. I know, a lot of things are on the plate here, hence this needs to be done very systematically. CXOs : This is pretty comprehensive. We need to do this in detail. CEO : Yea, Let's do this on top priority.
We can't afford to go slow here as things are changing a lot outside. We all are going through a Digital Disruption, which, like a tsunami is going to hit everyone, everywhere, forcing us to change our business models, offerings, positioning, technologies, almost everything.
Treat this as a top priority.
Let's not just survive this Tsunami of change but come out on top and ride this wave.
